We will start with a guided meditation for love and compassion, setting the tone for our time together.  Wellbeing can mean so many things and self – care can be an over-used term but we must not underestimate its importance.

 You will explore what self-care means to you, what nourishes you and what depletes you.  You will use the holistic framework of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual to develop your own personal self-care plan.

Sarah Philp is a coach, psychologist, yoga teacher and consultant who brings a depth of knowledge and understanding to the coaching process. With an MA in Psychology and an MSc in Educational Psychology, she understands and can help you to better understand human behaviour, interaction, organisations and systems as well as change and of course the interaction of all of those. As a yoga teacher, Sarah also brings a deep understanding of the mind-body connection to all of her work.
