Start with Yourself - Online Coaching with Sarah Philp

Combining yoga nidra together with some powerful coaching exercises together we will reset, nourish and create change.  A relaxing and restorative yoga nidra will fully prepare the body and mind for thinking.

With a new sense of calm and harmony we will take some time to focus on you.  You will be supported through structured activities to reflect on life and work to get clarity on where it’s going well and to identify the areas you might like to see improvements.  You will also explore your core values and how these show up in your day to day life and consider how you can live and work in a way that is aligned to these values and so experience greater satisfaction and happiness.

Expect to leave with deep clarity and feeling ready to create some change.

This workshop will be repeated on Wednesday 4th November from 19:30 - 21:00

Sarah Philp is a coach, psychologist, yoga teacher and consultant who brings a depth of knowledge and understanding to the coaching process. With an MA in Psychology and an MSc in Educational Psychology, she understands and can help you to better understand human behaviour, interaction, organisations and systems as well as change and of course the interaction of all of those. As a yoga teacher, Sarah also brings a deep understanding of the mind-body connection to all of her work.
