A Winter Wander

Join me as I step off my yoga mat and into nature. I invite you to immerse yourself in the wild for a restorative morning of walking meditations, forest immersion, natural art and fresh air! Together we will explore a variety of activities that will connect you with nature and with like-minded adventurers!

Inspired by a love of the great outdoors, a passion to protect and appreciate the natural environment and a recognition of the need for time-out, mindful meditation and calm, I have created a half day programme that I am excited to share with you. A beautiful event that will leave feeling refreshed, nurtured and grounded.
