Off the Beaten Mat - February

Join us as we step off our yoga mats and into nature. We invite you to immerse yourself in the wild for a restorative morning of walking meditations, forest immersion, natural art and fresh air! Together we will explore a variety of activities that will connect you with nature and with like-minded adventurers!

Activity, creativity, conversation and silence.

United by a love of the great outdoors, a passion to protect and appreciate the natural environment and a recognition of the need for time-out, mindful meditation and calm, Lucy, Alayne and Louise have created a beautiful half day programme that we are excited to share with you. By sharing our unique skills and practices in stunning surrounds we know you will leave feeling refreshed, nurtured and grounded.

Nature is not only nice to have, but it’s a have-to-have for physical health and cognitive function.

Thank you SO much for Off the Beaten Mat. It was such a treat. I enjoyed every single moment. Everything was super well organised and communicated. It was just superb. Count me in for next time and please make these regular events!

I really enjoyed exploring a new area and being guided to be mindful about the nature around us. It was lovely to find and appreciate so many bright and beautiful things. I shall look at everything with fresh eyes next time I am out walking. I loved, loved the art work and the treats were absolutely delicious!”

I LOVED this morning. It was great for my soul. I really appreciated the moment of silence and will take that into my everyday life.
